Product Release Notes: February 2018 Edition
Our enhancements from this February were super focused on the events management platform. Check out the highlights below!
Comp tickets one half of users in QuadHub
If it's typical to have constituents in need of event tickets you don't want to charge payment for, we now have a feature to support this. Uncheck the "Does this transaction require payment?" option and a constituent will be registered with the correct ticket, but no dollars will be processed or counted in the ticket sales for that event.
Customize contact information per event
Now you can assign primary contact information to each event to appear on all automated system emails for that event. Those being:
- Event Ticket Receipt
- Event Cancellation
- Event Ticket Purchase Refund
- Event Cancel Refund Failure
This way if a payment error occurs or a constituent has questions about the event, they know to contact the correct event owner. .
Better event card image aspect ratio
Our users had trouble with cropped images on event cards in the web feed so we altered the aspect ratio. We make it so that you only have to upload one image to appear on both platforms (web and mobile).
Cleaner Ticket Sales CSV
We made it easier to view your ticket form information, particularly for guest registrants, in the downloadable Ticket Sales CSV.
Special Note: As long as you keep the form field name across ticket types, those form submission will appear in the same column instead of two for cleaner reporting.
Improvements to State field on checkout screen
The State field used to be hidden in the checkout screen until Country was selected. Your constituents found this a little confusing, so we changed it!
